Our story
Accessories that finish the look
Elarova is a small UK online shop for women's accessories, based in London. We keep the range short and considered: bags that work from the office to dinner, scarves that add colour to a grey morning and hair accessories that turn a quick twist into a style.
Every product page lists the size, strap drop, materials and care - our bags are faux leather, faux suede, satin or straw, not genuine leather, and our satin pieces are polyester, not silk. Delivery is free across the UK with Royal Mail, and you have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused.

How much does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no extra charges at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and Royal Mail delivery a further 2 - 4 days (Monday to Friday), so most orders arrive within 3 - 6 days (Monday to Friday).
What is your returns policy?
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery (hair accessories unworn and in their original packaging), in addition to your 14-day statutory right to cancel. E-mail contact@elarova.shop with your order number and we will send you the return details.
Are your bags genuine leather?
No. Our bags are faux leather (polyurethane), faux suede, polyester satin or woven paper straw. Materials, sizes and strap drops are listed on every product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with no card fees.
